This scholarship seeks to encourage NZ Baptist Pastors to further the work of bi-cultural reconciliation between Europeans and NZ Maori. Applications are now open for this scholarship.
The applicant must be a registered pastor of the Baptist Union of New Zealand and be able to demonstrate an on-going commitment to New Zealand bi-culturalism. Supporting references must testify to successful stories that have brought Maori and Pakeha together in the spirit of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Applicants may also be eligible if they are pursuing a recognised course of tertiary study that will further the work of bi-cultural reconciliation.
