These guidelines are adapted from an article in the NZ Federation of Voluntary Welfare Organisations 'Dialogue' magazine from August 1996. The article was reprinted from an article in a Council on Foundations (USA) newsletter.

This Word document discusses brain development in very young children. Although genes may determine a child’s potential,  it is their experiences that will help the child to fulfill that potential.  They work together to determine who the child is and what he or she will become.

Looks at the possible reasons for disconnectedness between churches and their community ministries, and suggests some practical ways to improve connections.
