The New Zealand Christian Writers Guild, now in its 27th year, will hold a Writing  Retreat from January  22 to 25 at Narrows Park, Hamilton.

Those sharing will be: Tanya Unkovich,   recently interviewed by Robert Schuller on the Hour of Power  about her new book Unplanned Journey, the story of coping with the passing of  her late husband through cancer.

Others taking part will be Julie Belding, Daystar Editorial Director; John Sturt, co-author of several books with Agnes and  currently writing  Healing Encounters  in Christian Counselling; and Denis Shuker, former Executive Director of OMS International.

Writing activities listed on the Guild website feature theirextensive loan free library, writing competitions, home  study courses, workshops and the bi-monthly magazine, The Christian Writer.

Writers at all levels are welcome to link with the Guild.Current Guild writing groups meet in Whangarei, West Auckland, Hamilton  and Christchurch. The Guild’s aim is to glorify God through quality Christian writing.
