We have just completed a very busy Christmas season. The children's Christmas play was a big highlight. It featured a grumpy innkeeper, some dancing Filipino angels and young shepherds who are also brilliant rappers! We then combined with St James union church for a wonderful candlelit Christmas Eve service. Christmas Day was also a big highlight with our multicultural choir leading the church in a rousing version of O come all you faithful.  On the following Sunday we farewelled Ken and Erla Virtue at our afternoon Filipino multicultural service. Ken and Erla are leaving the Wairarapa to faithfully obey the call of God to serve in mission work in the Philippines.
