Omega is a NFP that seeks to “see the greater Auckland region prosper by fully engaging the contributions of skilled immigrants, and by helping bring an end to workplace skill shortages.” It provides a mentoring service, a NZ workplace experience service, a best practice forum re migrant recruitment and retention, and a think tank re related government policy.
