Friday, 15 June, at Carey Baptist College, NZ Baptist Research will be sponsoring with Carey Baptist College a day to reflect and wrestle with the theme of Baptist Ecclesiology and Leadership, and its implications for ministry. We will be asking questions like:

• What is different about a Baptist theology of leadership, and does it really matter?

• Does Baptist ecclesiology disempower leaders and create painful conflicts?

• How does a Baptist theology of leadership work in our varied contexts (size, location, ethnicity, gender)?

• What does a Baptist theology of leadership look like in contemporary culture (Facebook/Twitter)?
