Omega Discipleship Ministries has just released new versions of its series of discipleship studies. It has also introduced a Leader’s Manual that underscores Omega’s desire that this series be a missional aid to churches in “getting back to the central task” of training disciple-makers.
Church Health & Development has the whole series available for loan. The books are as follows:
- Come to Me – for seekers*
- My First Steps – for new Christians
- I will follow Jesus – preparing for Baptism
- Come Follow Me: Answering the call – what it means to be a true disciple
- Come Follow Me: Growing deeper – how to grow deeper in relationship with Christ
- Come Follow Me – Making Jesus Lord –daily life under Christ’s Lordship
- Go and make Disciples: Seeking the Lost – reaching out to others through friendship and lifestyle evangelism
- Go and make Disciples: Growing Disciples – how to be part of the disciple-making process
- Leader’s Manual: making Disciples – the discipleship process, from ‘seeker’ to disciple-maker
*The Come to Me study also has an accompanying DVD that can be used with the book. It has 10-minute introductions to each of the book chapters by narrator Peter Malins. We do not have this DVD but it can be ordered from Omega Discipleship Ministries.
We also have a copy of a 12-study booklet Come Let Us Worship: Discovering Our Highest Purpose by the same author of the above series, Ian Malins.
