The deal with Ricoh is still open to all churches.  You get a machine that is fit for your purpose, such as print, copy, scan, fax, network and appropriate speed.  The only costs will be 2.98 cents per black copy, 13 cents per colour copy of A4 equivalent size plus the paper of course.  This cost will be for those who do not have a current rental plan (but you can still join but this price may go up a little).  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
