We seek expressions of interest in the leading management role within the Auckland Baptist Tabernacle. The ABT is a multi-congregational, multi-ethnic church located within the Auckland CBD. Its congregations are drawn from the CBD and across the wider ‘Super City’. The church is in a season of growth.

The candidate will have an accountancy or business degree, possess sound financial acumen and demonstrated competence in business compliance. 

This is a senior leadership role providing strategic advice to the ABT Board, and a hands-on management role to provide and develop administrative support for the church’s wide ministries and the congregational governance of the ABT.  

This full time role will require resilience, professional capacity, innovation, excellence in communication, in leadership, and in building commonality among diverse and flourishing ministries. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be, or will become a resident member of the ABT Church. The Business Manager will report to the ABT Board.
