We have been getting quite a few phone calls regarding the requirement in the insurance letter about police vetting for all staff, volunteers, etc.  If you have anyone who is in a position of trust, dealing with young people/children, counselling, community ministries, all paid staff/Elders/Deacons, etc, then these people need to be vetted.  The Police do not vet anyone under the age of 17 years of age and it is appreciated if you send them in to us in bulk, completed within the last 3 months.

We have also been receiving random police forms for checking without a covering sheet.  We have no idea where these have come from SO PLEASE do not just put it in an envelope and send it in – use the cover sheet provided on our website or in our Admin Manual.
