Dr Christa Gabler

During recent decades the number of elderly people in Europe has increased dramatically.  This development forms a challenge to politics and churches.  Christa Gabler gives an answer from a pastoral point of view.  She herself has worked as a minister and authored two books on spiritual care of the elderly.  At present she is involved in a research project on religion and ageing. Christa will be speak on: Monday 19 march at Selwyn Village, 43 Target St, Pt Chevalier Auckland.  Morning session 10.30 to 12 moon “Making sense of late life:theological perspectives andpastoral care.
