We are very excited about the number of delegates who have registered for this year’s Gathering.  It will be the largest for quite some time so thank you for your response.  An email will be sent to all delegates next week outlining instructions such as airport pickups, arrival at the venue, registration when you arrive, etc.   There will also be an attachment with the email which will contain the Annual Report and financial papers, together with the profiles on the nominees for the different Boards/Councils.

One very important thing to note: if you are attending the dinner on the Thursday night (10^th) then you must be in the Dining Room of Lincoln University at 5.15 pm.

A couple of other things to be aware of:

1. If you want to be picked up from the airport on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, you must let us know so that we can co-ordinate the buses.
2. For those driving to the venue, go into Gate 2 and there will be plenty of parking at the rear.
3. EVERYONE must register when you arrive at the venue – follow the balloons from Gate 2 to the Oak Room.
4. This year we will have a bookstall where various resources and books will be for sale.  Eftpos will be available.
