Tales from the Back Country

There are two new volumes of Tales from the Back Country available for your church for fund-raising.

Tales from the Back Country is a compilation of working dog and other stories as told by men and women who have carved out a living in New Zealand’s remote but beautiful and rugged landscape. There are stories from John Perriam (owner of the deceased Shrek the sheep), Chrissie Fernyhough (Castlehill Station) and many others from the North and South Island. The coffee table books are filled with photos of stunning New Zealand back country scenery with many texts from Psalms relevant to the pictures. The second and third books in the series each have 100 pages, are perfect-bound, and have a soft cover with flaps. Each book measures 23 x 23 cm and has been designed and printed in New Zealand. The church buys the books from the printers for the cost price of $10, sells them for $25 and keeps the $15 profit from each book sold.

Sample pages can be viewed and individual copies purchased online  www.apieceofnz.co.nz.

A youtube clip will give you more info on the books:  www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1DOT5OoApQ.
