Riccarton Baptist Church, Christchurch is seeking expressions of interest by January 15, 2012 to appoint a Pastoral Team Leader to commence by March/April 2012.

Riccarton Baptist Church is a multi-ethnic church established in the emerging ethnic centre of Christchurch in close proximity to the University of Canterbury.

The successful applicant will be:
• Godly, humble, servant hearted with honesty and integrity.
• A leader of leaders with charisma, sensitive to diversity, accommodating and able to draw others into ministry and leadership.
• Trained in theology and biblically literate, apt to teach and able to impart truth.
• Secure in themselves with a focus in ministry to our changing community.

Applicants should preferably be a NZ or Australian citizen or have NZ Permanent Residence and be prepared to relocate to within or adjacent to our suburban area.
