The registration booklet is enclosed.  This year we have produced a booklet which gives you an extensive breakdown of the speakers and the workshops that will be part of the programme on the Saturday.  It is really important that you read the booklet thoroughly so that when you reach the Registration form at the back, you will be able to complete this successfully. The main aspects of the registration form are:

• Transport – as you will see, buses are being organised from the airport on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning to the Lincoln Campus and back to the airport on Sunday afternoon from Lincoln Baptist Church.  Please give the relevant flight and arrival times. 
• Registration Fee package – this year there are lots of different options so it is really important that you choose the right one.  THERE WILL BE NO OTHER OPTIONS, SO PLEASE DO NOT PHONE THE RESOURCE CENTRE AND ASK FOR ONE.  Christchurch attendees are free of charge but have to find their own accommodation and breakfast.
• Workshops – Please choose numbers from the extensive schedule and write it beside the appropriate letters on the registration form. The maximum you can choose is 4 workshops, but if you choose John Dawson/Peter Mihaere at 11.00 am, this runs for one hour and therefore, you can only fit this one in as the others run for 40 minutes.
• Extras – These are self-explanatory but make sure you tick which ones you are attending as we will need these numbers for catering. 
• REGISTRATIONS MUST BE BACK IN THIS OFFICE BY FRIDAY 14 OCTOBER.  As you can imagine there is a lot of organising to do before you arrive at the Campus.  Please be diligent in getting these back by then, we would appreciate it very much.
• We are able to accept electronic banking payments again this year.  However, please do not do so until you have sent in your registration form and indicated clearly on it that this is the preferred method of payment.  We will then contact you to give you instructions on bank account, codes.
• You will receive the Annual Report, the nominations for the Assembly appointments and the financial data in late October for you to consider before the Gathering.  These will be sent via email.
• You will receive your delegates badge, detailed programme, accommodation details, statistics, voting papers etc when you register on your arrival at the Lincoln University campus.
