We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Pakuranga Shop in Ben Lomond Crescent. To be successful in this position you will need retail and management experience, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, flexibility to work Saturdays, experience with point of sale and computer skills, strong inter-personal skills with both staff and our loyal customer base, full driver’s license and be healthy enough to manage a lot of lifting and sorting.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and motivate a team of paid and voluntary staff
• Shop security
• Manage some on-line purchases
• Responsibility for all advertising and marketing initiatives
• Over-sighting stock pricing and sorting
• Shop presentation and safety
• Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of shop vehicle(s)
