Enclosed is a President Nomination form for the Baptist Union and the Missionary Society.

Churches are invited to make suggestions to the Assembly Council of the Baptist Union and the Missionary Council of Missionary Society for someone to take up the role of Vice President in 2012 and then becoming President for 2013. Names need to be in to us by 27 July to be considered at the meetings of the two councils.

We would be looking for someone who has a number of attributes including;

• A person who equally communicates the vision of all aspects of the Baptist denomination
• Has a view of the big picture of the movement
• Can communicate encouragement and inspiration that will help churches further their mission in their community and around the world in whatever ways are appropriate for them.

The person would also sit on Assembly Council and Mission Council for the two years.
