At Avonhead Baptist Church we have a group of 40-50 high school and university-aged young people who are keen and rearing to go.

We as a leadership team are very excited by the opportunities this provides for someone to come on board and help us build a discipleship community involving youth, young people and incorporating some intergenerational relating as well.

If growing a leadership team, being involved in small group discipleship and engaging well with youth and young people is your passion, it would be great to hear from you.

We are a ministry-led church and the Youth Ministry Leader will become part of a supportive and caring team, who will provide wisdom and encouragement to help ensure a positive outcome.

This is a part-time position of 2 days a week with possibility of 3 days.
