It appears Murray Robertson’s “What’s so hard about team ministry?” article is perhaps more aptly titled “What’s so hard about (paid or staff ) team ministry?”

Perhaps Murray might like to reflect with us on differences and similarities between paid staff teams and the volunteer team led ministry.
