Blenheim

Last year Patricia McEldowney started a men’s choir singing in two-part harmony, meeting on Mondays, then more recently a mixed choir in four-part harmony meeting on Thursdays. Not all members have the ability to read music, but they do have the desire to worship and glorify God through music. They have lots of fun, enjoy harmonising and using this gift. The men’s choir of about 12 members has sung in church services this year. Recently, clad in white shirts and black bow ties, they performed at the women’s Net Worx Festive Fair evening. They are practising carols, both traditional and contemporary, for the Christmas season.
