Food and fellowship are an integral part of our church life, providing opportunities to meet and eat, and get acquainted with newcomers. On the first Sunday of the month two homes are open for pot luck lunches. Newcomers’ lunches with the leadership provide Pastor Aaron the opportunity to give information about the church.

These are catered by the hospitality team. The AGM and quarterly meetings, held now on Sundays, follow a church lunch after the morning service. The Mediaeval Banquet, a variation on the Midwinter Banquet, was another relaxed opportunity for enjoying good food and conversation. Men’s breakfasts with guest speaker, women’s retreat day with catered lunch – there’s always something happening. Of course there is the usual cuppa after morning and evening services and other gatherings. We have a great hospitality team and other volunteers who set up, clean up and wash up.
