Our vision: To encourage pastors, elders and other church leaders in the development of effective missional churches throughout New Zealand.

Origins: The concept of a centre for leadership came from the leadership of the Baptist Churches of New Zealand, and is supported by some generous donors who share the vision for the development of effective church leadership throughout this country. Because the issues being faced are not peculiar to Baptist churches, the decision was made to extend the range of this ministry across denominational divides and so the concept of a Leadership Network was born.

Our services: We are available to come alongside existing churches or groups of churches in a particular area and offer mentoring support and encouragement, sometimes through ongoing relationships, but more often through weekend or day conferences or seminars. In this way we complement the many institutional courses that are offered by a variety of providers throughout the country.
