We have begun the year without a pastor and appreciate one of our elders, Mark Row, leading us at this transition time. We enjoyed having Andrew & Andrea Page & family home on furlough for a few months. Our church was united in prayer when the son of our student pastor (Kevin Robertson) had a serious motorcycle accident. We continue to pray for the family. Maxim8 was organised for a few days before Christmas and once again the children enjoyed it. Great to welcome Des and Joan Jones back to Hillcrest. We have had a month of BBQs following the morning service to welcome students and newcomers. We will continue to have our evening service at 4.30pm. The aim is to have a programme that will be family orientated.
