KBC is seeking a dynamic Associate / Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth & associate ministries, as well as assist in general pastoral care.

Your primary role is to lead and oversee the development of a ministry that disciples and develops leadership in young people towards spiritual maturity.

Other responsibilities will include teaching, facilitating and transitional ministries with the Church family.

The Associate Pastor should be:

• Committed to our Lord Jesus Christ
• Have a growing, consistent walk with the Lord
• Self motivated to serve and share God's Word with young and old
• Gifted in administration and leadership
• Theological/Bible college training preferred

A minimum of 3 years of church ministry experience is preferred.
